BACK TO THE BIG ‘80s. It was the 1980s all over again recently in York, all to benefit York Little League. On June 9, parents went back to the ‘80s in style while they cut “Footloose” on the dance floor at Lobster in the Rough late into the evening to raise funds for York Little League field improvements. The event included really big hair — as well as big bids coming from some big-hearted people at the Big ‘80s Silent Auction, with items donated by parents and businesses. Big ticket items included an autographed ball from Curt Schilling, a Red Sox jersey autographed by Coco Crisp and eight Berwick Academy summer sport camps for kids.
