CONGRATULATIONS, GRADUATES! Although Chris Cassidy is an astronaut, he said he disagrees with the statement made famous by Gene Kranz during the Apollo 13 mission that "Failure is not an option." The Planning Board has given the nod, with conditions, for construction to begin on a new Rite Aid pharmacy near the intersection of Route 1 and Route 91. Yes, there will be a Fourth of July fireworks display this year in town, according to Leanne Cusimano, chairwoman of the Village Spirit Committee, the group for responsible organizing and raising funds for this year’s display.
