1:55 p.m. Kenneth Kumka, 30, 13 Eastview Drive, Sanford, was charged with operating after suspension on Route 1.
5:29 p.m. Brian Rogers, 35, 74 South St., Biddeford, was charged with operating after suspension on Captain Thomas Road.
6:30 p.m. Elizabeth A. Wakefield, 28, P.O. Box 1502, Wells, was charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, and operating after suspension on Captain Thomas Road.
7:15 p.m. Phyllis Bacon, 46, 1 Shore Road, Winthrop, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence on Shore Road.
Sunday, June 17
1:07 a.m. Ronald R. Viens, 58, 28 West Shore Road, Windham, N.H., was charged with operating a vehicle without a license on Route 1, north of the square.
3:38 a.m. Lee Emmett, 26, 3 Bennett Way, Newmarket, N.H., was charged with operating under the influence, with one prior, on Shore Road.
5:48 p.m. Robert V. Varas, 43, 822 Majestic Ave., Sebastian, Fla., was charged with reckless conduct, violating condition of release and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person on Perkins Cove Road. At 8:30 p.m. Varas was also charged with a traffic violation on Perkins Cove Road.
7 p.m. Joyce Lovely, 71, 11 Poninken Road, Worcester, Mass., was charged with assault at the Norsemen Hotel on Beach Street.
