Sunday, June 17

12:08 a.m. Conor M. Downs, 20, 24 Short Farm Road, Kittery, was charged with theft by unauthorized taking/transfer, using a driver's license belonging to another person and illegal possession of alcohol by a minor for using another person's driver's license to drink at a York Beach business. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Sept. 6.

Monday, June 18

8:18 a.m. The front door and lock set on the Nubble Lighthouse received an estimated $300 in damages. The lighthouse been broken into twice during the past two weeks. Police believe it is people who are walking over at low tide.

1:09 p.m. Residents of a house on Georgeana Way were warned to register their vehicles in Maine.

5:03 p.m. Wild Willy's on Route 1 reported that a window had been broken.

11:02 p.m. Thomas J. Deen, 21, 361 Grant Road, Newmarket, N.H., was charged with allowing consumption of liquor by a minor, possession of a useable amount of marijuana, sale/use drug paraphernalia and open container of alcohol in a vehicle, and Steven M. Wasiewski, 20, 202 Grant Road, Newmarket, N.H., was charged with sale/use of drug paraphernalia, illegal possession of alcohol by a minor and possession of a useable amount of marijuana on Long Beach Avenue. They are scheduled to appear in York District Court Sept. 6.

Tuesday, June 19

1:38 a.m. Milton Cimini, 27, 13 Dean St., Norwood, Mass., was charged with operating without being licensed on Main Street. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Oct. 4.

7:33 a.m. Several items were reported stolen from two unlocked vehicles parked in the driveway of a residence on Dewey Road. From one vehicle a radar detector valued at $200 and a Stiletto radio valued at $250 were missing, and from another a radar detector valued at $300 and two pairs of sunglasses valued at $10 and $250 were missing.

10:30 a.m. A 2007 Honda sport utility vehicle operated by Skyanna M. Goodwin, 26, 2155 Sheldon Road, Swanton, Vt., and a 2004 Cadillac sedan operated by Betty A. Hollick, 72, 72 Taft Road, Portsmouth, N.H., were in collision on Route 1 when the Honda pulled out of the Irving gas station. The Honda received an estimated $1,000 in damages, and the Cadillac received an estimated $1,200 in damages.

9:45 p.m. A 1996 Volvo sedan operated by Richard C. Witham, 41 Emus Way, York, received an estimated $1,500 in damages when it was struck by a deer on Cider Hill Road.

Wednesday, June

12:12 p.m. A hiker fell on a trail on Mount Agamenticus and suffered a hip injury.

2:39 p.m. Dennis Roberto, 39, 4 Traip Avenue, Kittery, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without being licensed and driving to endanger. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Oct. 4.

10:16 p.m. Jason A. Tozier, 18, 7 Hemlock Forrest, Dover, N.H., was charged with operating without being licensed on Brixham Road. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Oct. 4.

11:30 p.m. Steven Sherman, 56, 58 Dayton St., Springfield, Mass., was charged with criminal operating under the influence. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Oct. 4.

Thursday, June 21

The York Masonic Lodge reported the theft of a sign missing from York Corner valued at $185.

9:20 a.m. A 2005 Ford sedan operated by Corey B. Weiner, 18, 14 Organug Road, York, owned by Jeffrey Weiner, 11 Sargents Lane, York, and a parked 1991 Chevrolet pickup truck last operated by David Cundari, 44, P.O. Box 503, York Harbor, were in collision on Harbor Beach Road. The Ford received an estimated $7,000 in damages, and the Chevrolet received an estimated $3,000 in damages.

4:25 p.m. A 2007 Kia sport utility vehicle operated by Ronny W. Kerr, 47, 193 Allen Ave., Portland, owned by Alamo Financing of Tulsa, Okla., and a 1994 Saturn sedan operated by Roland G. Loranger, 57, 23 Woodside Avenue, Saco, owned by Diane L. Loranger of the same address, were in collision on Route 1. The Kia received an estimated $1,000 in damages, and the Saturn received an estimated $2,500 in damages.

9:07 p.m. Chad Michael Schools, 26, 1 North Main St., Newmarket, N.H., was charged with criminal operating under the influence, speeding 15-29 miles over the limit and failure to stop for a red light. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Oct. 4.

Friday, June 22

6:38 p.m. Charles M. Dillon, 46, 28 Saltwater Drive, York, was charged with operating/allowing when registration suspended on Route 1. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Oct. 4.

7:34 p.m. Nancy L. Pearson, 42, 1 Brixham Road, York, was charged with criminal operating under the influence on Route 1. She is scheduled to appear in York District Court Oct. 4.

10:46 p.m. Jenna L. Raposa, 22, 660 York St., York, was charged with operating without being licensed on Long Beach Avenue.

Saturday, June 23

2:53 p.m. Lucinda Brossman, 46, 5 Coopers Way, York, was charged with allowing her dog, a sheltie named "Bella," to run at large on Shore Road.

3:14 p.m. Craig A. Schriefer, 45, 46 Shore Road, Cape Neddick, was charged with allowing his dog, a black Labrador retriever named "Shilo," to run at large on Shore Road.

4:14 p.m. Cynthia Levesque, 48, 149 Cumberland Avenue, Portland, was charged with criminal operating under the influence on Stonewall Lane.

4:23 p.m. A blue Huffy bicycle valued at $50 was reported stolen from the rocks on Long Sands Beach.
