YORK VILLAGE - Mark your calendars and start cleaning out those bookshelves now!

The very popular York Public Library Annual Book Sale will be held from July 19 through 21.

Donations of books in good condition and suitable for resale are being accepted through July 13 at the library and paperbacks, hardbacks, CDs, DVDs and audio books are all welcome.

A new addition to the sale this year is puzzles with no missing pieces, please.

Due to the demand, children's books are especially welcome.

Unfortunately, the library cannot accept textbooks, magazines or reference books.

Once the books are collected, the sale will begin with Preview Night on Thursday, July 19, which will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Admission to Preview Night is $5 to get the best selections.

The sale will then continue with free admission on Friday, July 20, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday, July 21, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Once again, there will be a tent outside the library and books galore inside. Bargains will be found in both locations throughout the sale.

Don't miss this opportunity to bring home lots of books and other items for very little money. The sale will be held, rain or shine, at the York Public Library. For more information, call 363-2818.
