Sunday, June 24
10:21 a.m. Paul T. Tremblay, 76, 106 Nubble Road, York, and Richard J. Petruzzella, 71, 110 Nubble Road, York, were charged with disorderly conduct on Nubble Road. They are both scheduled to appear in York District Court Sept. 6.
12:35 p.m. A 15-year-old Cape Neddick female was charged unauthorized taking or transfer for shoplifting a pair of sunglasses valued at $5 from Joan's Beach and Gift Shop, York Beach. She is scheduled to appear in York District Court Aug. 20.
11:10 p.m. A 15-year-old York male was charged with possession of a useable amount of marijuana on Long Beach Avenue. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Aug. 20.
Monday, June 25
7:12 p.m. Patrick K. Graham, 18, 23 Preble Lane, York, was charged with criminal threatening for taking a 24-inch saber sword out of its case during an argument with his mother about the phone at their residence. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court July 25.
Tuesday, June 26
12:02 a.m. Matthew R. Kilgore, 20, 8 Rilder St., Sanford, was charged with criminal operating under the influence on Ridge Road. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Oct. 4.
9:15 a.m. A 1999 Mercedes station wagon operated by Joseph F. Isenstein, 68, 102 Victoria Bay Court, Palm Beach, Fla., and a 2004 Volvo station wagon operated by Nancy C. Holmes, 52, 399 Cider Hill Road, York, were in collision on York Street as they were both approaching the traffic lights at the Route 1 intersection. The Mercedes received an estimated $2,000 in damages and the Volvo received an estimated $50 in damages.
11:16 a.m. Richard M. Dalli, 48, 90 Rogers Road, York, was charged on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear for a charge of aggravated cruelty to animals after turning himself in at the York Police Station. Dalli was released on $1,000 bail.
1:38 p.m. Joshua M. Dubay, 25, 44 Old Post Road, Kittery, was charged on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear for two assault charges, with violation of condition of release, operator not secured in seatbelt and with failure to produce evidence of insurance. At the same time, Diana R. Foley, 19, 5 Spinney Way #10, Kittery, was charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drugs on Main Street. They are both scheduled to appear in York District Court Oct. 4.
2:18 p.m. Scott L. Smith, 38, 40 Emus Way, York, was charged on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear for operating while license suspended after turning himself in at the York Police Station. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Sept. 6.
9:18 p.m. A parked 2004 Jeep sport utility vehicle last operated by a 17-year-old boy and owned by Annjannett Burke, 116 Dearborn Road, Epping, N.H., and a 2003 Subaru station wagon operated by Nathan E. Berube, 34, 18 Hillcrest Ave., Apt. 1, Portsmouth, N.H., were in collision on Long Beach Avenue. The Jeep received an estimated $4,000 in damages, and the Subaru received an estimated $3,000 in damages.
9:25 p.m. A York Street resident reported vandalism after a black pickup truck slowed down and something was thrown at a 2005 Toyota truck parked on York Street. The Toyota received an estimated $1,000 in damages that included a dent in the driver's side and a scratched window. A rock was found on the ground nearby.
11:46 p.m. Marcia B. Greenfield, 45, 310 Brixham Road, Eliot, was charged with criminal operating under the influence on Birch Hill Road. She is scheduled to appear in York District Court Oct. 4.
Wednesday, June 27
9:46 a.m. A resident of Ferry Lane North reported $235 in fraudulent credit card charges from an online gaming site on June 3.
2:21 p.m. William A. Harrison, 35, 30 Tenney Hill Ave., Kittery Point, was charged with disorderly conduct at Short Sands park. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Sept. 6.
4:47 p.m. A 12-year-old boy from Rochester, N.H., was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer for taking a candy cigar valued at 25 cents from Sweet Josie's Candy Shop on Railroad Avenue.
7:33 p.m. Melissa A. Payne, 20, 24 Canoe Club Lane, Pembroke, Mass., was charged with illegal possession of liquor by a minor on Ridge Road. She is scheduled to appear in York District Court Sept. 6.
Thursday, June 28
12:46 a.m. Milton J. Cimini, 27, 13 Dean St., Apt. 12, Norwood, Mass., was charged with operating without being licensed on Main Street. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Oct. 4.
4:11 p.m. A 2006 Ford convertible operated by Kelly O'Brien, 34, 93 Ally Lane, Wells, owned by Mark J. O'Brien of the same address; a 1987 BMW sedan, operated by Jordan Alessi, 19, 36 Plaisted Road, owned by Cheryle Alessi of the same address, and a 1999 Saturn station wagon operated by a York juvenile, owned by Robert C. Prewitt, 5 Tide Meadow Lane, York, were in collision on Route 1. The Ford received an estimated $8,000 in damages, the BMW received an estimated $15,000 in damages and the Saturn received an estimated $6,000 in damages.
8:49 p.m. Chris James Cote, 25, 4601 W. Verde Lane, Phoenix, Ariz., was charged with not obtaining the required transient license for selling magazine subscriptions on Church Street Extension. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Sept. 6.
Friday, June 29
12:03 a.m. Alexander Peacock, 18, 22 Maple St., Newmarket, N.H., was charged with criminal operating under the influence and sale/use of drug paraphernalia on Route 1. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Oct. 4.
7:55 a.m. Estes Oil Burner Service on Route 1 reported that a window had been broken by a baseball bat, causing $100 in damage.
8:55 a.m. Several businesses in Cottage Place on Route reported break-ins after their doors had been kicked in from the lobby, including Beacon Counseling, Salem Five Mortgage, Patriot Financial Group, Family Therapy Associates, Atlantic Laser and Ananda Yoga. Atlantic Laser reported $60 in cash missing and Ananda Yoga reported $30 in cash missing.
1:16 p.m. A burglary was reported in the Hannaford parking lot after small blue wallet containing $30 cash, a driver's license and store membership cards was taken from a motor vehicle that was locked but left unattended with the windows rolled down.
2:46 p.m. Christopher E. Mahoney, 21, 240 Oakhill Road, Northfield, N.H., was charged with furnishing liquor to a minor and Marin A. Samms, 19, 195 Peverly Road, Northfield, N.H., was charged with illegal possession of liquor by a minor at Short Sands park. Mahoney is scheduled to appear in York District Court Oct. 4, and Samms is scheduled to appear in York District Court Aug. 20.
5:23 p.m. A burglary was reported from a car parked on Scotland Bridge Road while two people were kayaking in the York River. Reported taken were two cell phones valued at $100 each and $7 in cash. The car had been left unlocked with the keys in the ignition.
6 p.m. A 2004 Suzuki motorcycle operated by Michael Manos, 24, 279 Boxford St., North Andover, Mass., received an estimated $1,500 in damages when it left Beech Ridge Road and fell on its side.
6:22 p.m. A resident of Lobster Cove Road reported the theft of a solar-powered walkway light valued at $30.
9:51 p.m. Cory Metcalf, 18, 17 Spruce Lane, Eliot, was charged with possession of a useable amount of marijuana, sale/use drug paraphernalia and violation of condition of release and Josh Naples, 18, 69 Hooper Sands Road, Berwick, was charged with sale/use of drug paraphernalia. They are both scheduled to appear in York District Court Sept. 6.
Saturday, June 30
9:29 a.m. Sean J. Gadapee, 19, P.O. Box 147, Eliot, was charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Route 1. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Oct. 4.
Sunday, July 1
12:32 a.m. Jeremy V. Bartlett, 20, 38 Algonquin Road, York, was charged with possession of a useable amount of marijuana and illegal possession of liquor by a minor. At the same time, Alison M. Soule, 18, 16 Hobbs Circle, Eliot, was charged with operating beyond license restrictions and administrative operating under the influence. Bartlett is scheduled to appear in York District Court Sept. 6 and Soule is scheduled to appear in York District Court Oct. 4.
8:39 a.m. A summer resident of Broadway reported the theft of an iPod valued at $200 from an unlocked vehicle at the residence.
