MUSIC AT MOODY HALL. This Saturday, July 14, the Tim Janis Ensemble will be performing live at the First Parish Church’s Moody Hall. Janis, pictured here, not only has strong ties to the York community but is internationally known for his evocative music and for his commitment to using music to make a difference for people in need. The concert will begin at 8 p.m. and tickets are $20 each. Refreshments will be served. For more information, call 363-1202.

On the rocky ledge jutting up on the Atlantic Ocean side of Shore Road just at the Cape Neddick and Ogunquit line, small, yellow flowers called stonecrop blossomed in the dry soil in crags that cut into the cliff face.
