12:30 a.m. William J. Farella, 53, 2616 North 18th St., Arlington, Va., was charged with operating under the influence on Route 1.

12:48 a.m. Jessica A. McCallum, 26, P.O. Box 2394, Ogunquit, was charged with operating while license suspended or revoked and operating after suspension on Route 1.
3:45 p.m. Ronny Bass, 50, 197 Elm St., Biddeford, was charged with operating while license suspended or revoked and operating after suspension on Route 1.
11:45 p.m. Scot Colton, 19, 20 Grove St., Douglas, Mass., was charged with representing another's license or identification as his own and consuming liquor as a minor at a Main Street club.

1:48 a.m. Jeremiah J. Sturmer, 22, 667 Bragdon Road, Wells, was charged with unlawful use of license on Cottage Street.
2:30 a.m. George C. Lord, III, 21, P.O. Box 736, Wells, was charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Main Street.
11:30 a.m. Brian Patrick Cullinane, 53, 406 Audobon St., New Orleans, La., was charged with terrorizing at 293 Main St. after threatening to beat up one of his roommates.
5 p.m. Robert Wayne Bynum, 39, 474 Meeting St., Charleston, S.C., was charged with being a fugitive from justice at 293 Main St.

1:53 a.m. Jeffrey B. Gerstenblatt, 52, 133 Captain Thomas Road, Ogunquit, was charged with assault on Berwick Road.
