Sunday, July 8

2:15 p.m. A 1998 Dodge sedan operated by Justin C. Usle, 22, 29 Upper Turnpike Road, Norwich, Vt., and a 1997 Subaru sedan operated by Jacob E. Cyr, 18, 200 Downeast Highway, Ellsworth, were in collision on Route 1. The Dodge received an estimated $4,000 in damages, and the Subaru received an estimated $800 in damages.

5:29 p.m. Kathryn A. Glasson, 35, 2 Southside Road, York, was charged with allowing a dog to run at large after her black male Labrador was reported roaming the area by Bosn's Landing restaurant on Route 1.

7:57 p.m. Two 16-year-old girls from Poughkeepsie and Clermont, N.Y., were charged with unauthorized taking or transfer for shoplifting several items with a total value of about $90, including clothing, jewelry and nail polish, from Joan's Beach and Gift, Main Street. They are both scheduled to appear in York District Court Aug. 20.

9:43 p.m. Michael J. Grant, 20, 19 Chestnut Ave., Burlington, Mass., Jonathan L. Ernst, 19, 10 Simonds Farm Road, Billerica, Mass., and Meghan L. Glennon, 19, 31 Connolly Road, Billerica, Mass., were charged with illegal possession of liquor by a minor on Short Sands Beach by Fun-O-Rama. Grant was also charged with sale/use of drug paraphernalia. They are scheduled to appear in York District Court Sept. 6.

Monday, July 9

2:13 a.m. Various items were reported taken from three unlocked vehicles on Airport Drive Extension, including an iPod Nano valued at $250, a digital camera valued at $125, eyeglasses valued at $80, $8 in quarters, a wallet, purse and numerous cards. Some of the property has been recovered, and an investigation is pending.

7:30 p.m. A 1994 Ford sedan operated by Georgia M. Arn, 63, 4 Martin Lane, York, and a 2003 Nissan sedan operated by Linda S. Armstrong, 6 Martin Lane, York, were in collision on Martin Lane. The Ford received an estimated $1,500 in damages, and the Nissan received an estimated $3,000 in damages.

7:49 p.m. A father from Fitchburg, Mass., was charged with providing alcohol to three 17-year-old male juveniles at the Anchorage Hotel after police were called by a hotel employee. Denis P. Leblanc, 52, 533 Oak Hill Road, Fitchburg, Mass., was charged with furnishing liquor to a minor. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Sept. 6. Shaun M. Leblanc, 19, 533 Oak Hill Road, Fitchburg, was charged with allowing consumption of liquor by minors. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Sept. 6. Three 17-year-old males from Fitchburg, Mass., were charged with illegal possession of liquor by a minor. They are scheduled to appear in York District Court Aug. 20.

Tuesday, July 10

2:26 a.m. Edmond J. Audet, 50, 209 Oak St., Wakefield, Mass., was charged with an outstanding warrant for failure to pay fines and with operating while license suspended or revoked. He appeared in York District Court that same day.

6 p.m. A resident of Pine Hill Road South reported a burglary and $80 missing from a dresser drawer after a screen in an open front window had apparently been pried open.

Wednesday, July 11

5:24 p.m. A 2004 Chrysler van operated by David E. Dowey, 50, 6 Birch Street, Ayer, Mass., received an estimated $12,000 in damages when it left York Street and struck a utility pole.

8:03 p.m. Kevin Voll, 23, 245 Ridge Road, York, was charged with criminal operating under the influence after his 1999 pickup truck received an estimated $10,000 in damages when it left Route 103 and hit a rock, knocking off a tire.

9:31 p.m. Paul E. Dennis, 35, 42 Joan Ave. #3, Portsmouth, N.H., was charged with operating without being licensed, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, possession of a suspended license and changing course of travel when unsafe. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Oct. 10.

Friday, July 13

11:30 a.m. James W. Ferrero, 56, 12 Cardinal Lane, York, was charged with driving to endanger after his 2003 Chevrolet pickup truck was in collision with a 2003 Jeep sport utility vehicle operated by James W. Kennedy, 61, 6 Perkins Court, York, on Chase's Pond Road in an alleged "road rage" incident. The Chevrolet reported no damages, and the Jeep received an estimated $3,500 in damages. He is scheduled to appear in York District Court Oct. 4.

3:58 p.m. A gray Infiniti, last operated by James W. Morrow, 7 Beach St., Hooksett, N.H., received an estimated $1,200 in damages while it was parked on Long Beach Avenue near the Nevada Hotel after the owner reported seeing an older man with a beard riding a mountain bike try to pass a car on the right, lose his balance and fall into the car. The man on the bike left the scene and has not been identified.

9:27 p.m. A 17-year-old female from Methuen, Mass., was charged with sale/use of drug paraphernalia and possession of tobacco products, and a 16-year-old male from Springfield, Mass., was charged with possessing a useable amount of marijuana, sale/use of drug paraphernalia, and possession of tobacco products on Beach Street. They are scheduled to appear in York District Court Aug. 20 for the drug charges and Sept. 6 for the tobacco charges.

Saturday, July 14

1:59 a.m. Michael L. Credeur, 19, P.O. Box 191, York, was charged with illegal possession of liquor by a minor, and Ned Roche, 19, 15 Church St., York, was charged with illegal possession of liquor by a minor on Railroad Avenue.

7:32 p.m. Wilver R. Valencia-Chavez, 26, 69 North Village Road, York, was charged with operating without being licensed and driving an unregistered moped on Ogunquit Road, Cape Neddick.

8:31 p.m. The Inn at Long Sands on Long Sands Avenue reported that two decorative iron garden cranes valued at $100 had been taken.
