GOOD GAME! The York Senior Center recently hosted its first cribbage tournament, and 14 participants, including Betty Plowman and George Fleming, pictured here, took part in the event. Weathervane gift certificates were awarded to the top two players, Marie Roast and Mary Gibson, with gas cards to the two runners-up, Andy Compagna and Gary Levesque.

When we heard that the Ogunquit Police Department was going to stage a little luncheon for the seven participants in its "Good Morning" program, in tribute to them, and as a way of getting to know them better, and of their getting to know each other, we were happy to accept an invitation to attend.
