In advance of the match-up on the previous Friday, the teams held a Field Day where they had fitness and agility contests, as well as throwing and punting competitions. A final match of tug of war completed the fun time had by all to bring season practices to a close. The York Pee Wee and Junior teams celebrated the season at a banquet on Nov. 6. York Youth football action will resume next August. Pictured here, York Pee Wee Reid Chase runs through an agility drill as the teams spent their final practice of the season having some friendly competitive fun to wrap up the 2007 York Youth Football year, and York Team Red's Keelan Hynes gets ready to move against York Team Gold's Trevor Martin (45) who is waiting for him down field as the two York squads faced each other in the last game for the York Pee Wee Football Season.
