First Class Jim Harris to the State House to perform a beautiful rendition of the National Anthem in the Chamber of the House of Representatives to start the day's session. A resident of Kennebunk, Harris has provided 24 years of service to the U.S. Army. Harris, of the Harris Agency, a Nationwide Insurance company, is also first vice chair of the Kennebunk/Kennebunkport Chamber of Commerce.
