The 10th Annual YORKWISE Auction is set for this Saturday, April 5, at York High School and among the items being featured this year is this five-foot in diameter basketball hoop, ready to be auctioned off by Town Assessor Rick Mace and local auctioneer Howard Koeppel, both seen here. Other items include a Wilderness Motorsport's Husqvarna lawn tractor, a motor scooter and even braces from Atlantic Orthodontic Center. York’s Colin Bond competes in USA Swimming Eastern Sectionals
York High School junior Colin Bond has achieved what many only dream of: competing in the USA Swimming Eastern Sectional Championships, the final level of competition before Nationals and Olympic trials.

Local swimmers compete at regional meets, New England championships
The Seacoast Swimming Association recently sent 57 of its swimmers, including several from the local area, to the New England Regional Meet at Seekonk High School in Seekonk, Mass.

Seacoast Swimming is holding open tryouts for swimmers of all abilities, including the popular "Age Group II" instructional pre-team program.
