York High School graduate plays in All-Star lacrosse games

YORK - Mike Ross graduated from York High School in 2004 and has gone on to a stellar lacrosse career at Thomas College.

This year, Ross leads his Thomas College team in goals and ground balls. He was named Player of the Year and was selected to play in two All-Star senior games, including the North-South Senior All Star Lacrosse game at Harvard Stadium on May 23.

Although the North lost to the South by a score of 15-16, those who attended reported it was a great Division III game,

Ross also played in the Neila East-West game, which combined all three divisions, at Harvard Stadium on May 30 where the East won the game by a score of 13-11.

In addition to these games, Ross was named the Player of the Year for his division.
