D. Scott Mangiafico
YORK - D. Scott Mangiafico has joined Bancnorth Investment Group, Inc., as a financial advisor based in York.
He provides comprehensive retirement and financial planning, including individual retirement accounts, 529 Plans, life insurance, long-term care, insurance and employee-sponsored retirement plans, for individuals and small businesses throughout the region.
Mangiafico has 22 years of experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining Bancnorth Investment Group, he served at Fidelity Investments for more than 18 years in a variety of positions in the Northeast, including a financial planning consultant, operations manager, senior compliance officer and a financial analyst. Mangiafico has earned distinction as a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC). He holds securities registrations Series 6, 7, 8, 14, 63 and 65, as well as Variable, Life and Health Insurance licenses.
A Kittery resident, Mangiafico serves as vice chairman of the Kittery Planning Board and also is involved with the Kittery Port Authority, York Golf & Tennis Club, Coastal Athletic Association and the Winner's Circle Running Club. He is a 1984 graduate of the University of Maine at Orono and a 1979 graduate of York High School.
