The council awards the CRB Designation to those individuals who successfully complete the requirements and demonstrate excellence in real estate brokerage management. Candidates must complete academic and professional courses covering such topics as finance, marketing, training, recruiting and strategic planning.
Gosselin is a real estate broker at RE/MAX Realty One at 439 Route 1 in York. A member of the Maine Association of Realtors, York County Board of Realtors®, Gosselin is also the former broker/owner of RE/MAX Seacoast Region and RE/MAX Realty One. He has been actively involved with numerous boards, including The Housing Partnership for the creation of workforce housing, Habitat for Humanity, the American Red Cross, the Greater York Region Chamber of Commerce, the Kennebunk-Kennebunkport Chamber of Commerce, YorkNet Committee, York Affordable Housing Committee and Kiwanis.
