YORK COUNTY - SMMC Visiting Nurses recently held its Staff Appreciation Breakfast at The Nonantum in Kennebunkport.
This annual event helps to introduce the voluntary community board member and officers to the staff and celebrates their dedication to patient care with a social gathering featuring an entertaining guest speaker and a raffle of donated gifts.
Incoming board officers for the 2008-2009 year include Chair Bill Ellis of Cape Porpoise; Vice Chair Rich Chasse of Kennebunkport; Treasurer Ron Albert of Saco; Secretary Magdalene Came of York, and Past Chair Phyllis Russell of Kennebunk.
