INCOMING FRESHMEN. The 2007-2008 academic year came to an end the following day, Friday, June 20. The first day of the new school year for students in elementary and middle school - as well as for York High School's new freshmen class - is set for Sept. 2, while students in grades 10 through 12 will return to York High School on Sept. 3.
