YORK - With 9½ points, Team 2, led by Captain Spruill Kilgore, came in first place for the week of Aug. 11 in the Women's Golf League at York Golf and Tennis Club.
Team 6, led by Captain Claire Isenstein, came in second place with 8½ points, while Team 4, led by Captain Linda Davis, held the third place spot for the week with 7½ points.
Team 5, led by Captain Sandy Petrovich, received 4½ points; Team 3, led by Captain Peggy Todd, received 3½ points, and Team 1, led by Captain Paula Dargan, won 2½ points.
Year-to-date, Petrovich's team is in first place with 65½ points, followed by Kilgore's and Isenstein's teams, tied for second with 57 points each. Todd's team is in third with 55 ½ points, Davis's team in fourth with 48½ points and Dargan's team in fifth with 42½ points.
