Glenn Rackham
KITTERY - Stephen Kosacz, president of the AAA award-winning vehicle service business Autoworks, Inc., is pleased to welcome the newest member to the team, Glenn Rackham.
Rackham hails originally from Cambridge, England, and is the new service advisor with over 12 years experience in the automotive industry including Toyota, Nissan, as well as with Honda Bronze, and Silver awards for Service Advisors. He is current with the ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications.
Rackham brings a special expertise in trouble shooting diagnostic concerns and outstanding customer service. His dry wit and total commitment to meeting the needs of the customer compliment the high standards of excellence at Autoworks.
