YORK - Town Clerk Mary-Anne Szeniawski has announced that voting in York will be from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Nov. 4 at York High School and absentee ballots are currently available at Town Hall.
Those who wish to vote by absentee ballot may call the Town Clerk's Office at 363-1003 or stop by to pick one up. The cost of postage to return ballots in advance by mail is 96 cents, or they may be returned by hand to the Town Clerk's Office during regular business hours.
New this year, the Town Clerk's Office will be closed on Election Day, Nov. 4, so the full staff can assist at the polls. On that day, all absentee ballot materials must to be returned directly to the polls at York High School before the close of polling hours.
