YHS cross-country and field hockey teams continue to gain momentum
As the leaves begin to turn, thoughts drift to the postseason for many York High School athletes and coaches.

Wildcats football routs Rangers, 46-13
Last Friday, Oct. 3, at Cumberland, the York High School Wildcats increased their winning streak to four in a row when they shut out the Greely Rangers in the second half on their way to a convincing 46-13 win.

York Youth Football season continues
On Oct. 5, the York Youth Football Blue Pee Wee A and B teams hosted Noble 2 at the York Middle School.

Fundraisers

Drag racing returns to Sanford to benefit a good cause
On Oct. 19, drag racing will be returning to Sanford in conjunction with WABAN, an organization that has been providing services to children and adults with developmental disabilities for over 40 years.
